Excellent service with friendly staff throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delightful home-made pastries and a variety of tasty options. Although slightly removed from the city center, the hotel is well-connected via public transport, making it easy to explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay here with our two sons! The family room was spacious and ideal for us. The breakfast offered great quality food. The location near the Main and zoo was perfect for our family's adventures.

I loved the modern design in my room, complete with a spacious walk-in shower that felt luxurious! The complimentary mini fridge stocked with drinks was such a good surprise Plus, the breakfast buffet had fresh croissants that were to die for!

Stylish stay with comfy vibes

Had a nice time here. Room looked great and was super comfy. Free drinks were a cool bonus! A bit noisy with doors slamming, but we got used to it. Breakfast was awesome—totally worth it. Staff was chill and helped when needed. Would def recommend for a quick getaway.

The layout of the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, notably the lack of ventilation in the toilet area, which can lead to lingering odors throughout the room. Also, the absence of kettles or coffee-making facilities in the room is frustrating since having to fetch hot water from the restaurant feels unnecessary and cumbersome. The air conditioning doesn't seem to cool effectively at times, making it a little uncomfortable. Lastly, the cleanliness was inconsistent, with some guests reporting minor issues like residue left in the bathroom upon arrival. The limited restaurant options within the hotel could also be an inconvenience for those looking for a quick bite.
